SKATING NOTES
First teamed up in March 2021 ... They went their separate ways after their coach retired following the 2022 U.S. Championship Series, and came back together in March 2023.

Carpenter began skating at age 4 in a Learn to Skate class and fell in love with the athleticism and creativity.

Maravilla began skating at 3 because his older brother started in the sport. He was "dragged along and would sit in the rink," until he decided to pick up the sport.

Carpenter's parents are Mark and Kuniko ... Has an older sister, Campbell ... Has a mini Goldendoodle named Lana, a Persian cat named Paisley and a lovebird named Lulu ... Attends Excel High School ... Hobbies include boxing, playing with her pets and hanging out with friends.

Maravilla's mom is Isabel ... Has two brothers, Antonio and JC (he is the middle child) ... Has a white Bichon Frise named Yuki ... Is a machine learning major at Oakland University ... Graduated from West Bloomfield High School ... Enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and ping pong... Other hobbies include photography, video games, design and cooking ... Loves pasta.
