FILMING GUIDELINES 

Amount of Content
An aggregate maximum of six (6) minutes of practice footage may be used per day, per outlet. 

Number of News Programs/Digital Stories, Length and Separation of News Programs/Digital Stories

  • No more than thirty (30) consecutive seconds may be used in any one news program/digital story.
  • No more than two (2) minutes of total practice footage may be used in any one news program/digital story.
  • News programs/digital stories must each be separated by a period of at least three (3) hours.
  • Practice footage may appear in no more than three (3) News programs/digital stories per day.

 Max. amount of practice content per day: 6 minutes

 Min. time between news programs/digital stories with practice content: 3 hours
 Max. no. of news programs/digital stories with practice content per day: 3

Please note that footage may only be used for a period of one year from the date it is provided.
