Fitzpatrick began skating at 7 years old after seeing the movie Ice Princess at her cousin's birthday party. She begged her parents to take her ice skating and was immediately hooked ... Loves the sport because it is both beautiful and strong.

Bearinger began skating because one of his friends' younger sister was a skater and the rink was having an open house ... Previously skated with Sydney Cooke (2 years) and Isabelle Goldstein (4 years).
