Stapert started skating at age 3 ... When her mom took her to the ice rink for the first time, Stapert pointed to the medals and told her, "I want to do that." ... Loves the freedom skating gives her, as well as the ability to express herself. 

Korotcov started skating after watching his sister ... Loves the feeling of being free on the ice and expressing himself through dance
