Summit Overview
The 2026 U.S. Figure Skating Impact Summit brings together every corner of our skating community – athletes, parents, coaches, officials, club leaders, rink managers, program directors and volunteers – for an immersive conference of education, training and networking with leaders across the sport. The Impact Summit combines two previously separate events – Access to Excellence and Governing Council – into one leadership gathering that can’t be missed.
Through dedicated programming tracks, hands-on training, interactive sessions, governance and nightly social events, the Impact Summit is built to strengthen the sport we all love by elevating knowledge, collaboration, and leadership across all levels.
Whether you’re stepping onto the ice, shaping the next generation, guiding your club’s growth, or seeking to better understand the sport as a parent or supporter, there is a place for you at the Summit. And you will enjoy an incredible chance to toast Milan 2026 in Olympic City USA including networking events and a special "Night at the Museum" at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Museum. Plus, all registrants can visit the U.S. Figure Skating Museum at no additional cost.
The Impact Summit will also host coaches and officials from around the world in the Global Pass track, designed to collaborate with the ISU, with a target on supporting the development of figure skating in Latin America.
