Ice dancers Aneta Vaclavikova and William Lissauer headline a seven-skater U.S. lineup at the penultimate event of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The competition takes place Oct. 1-3 at the Hala Tivoli.

Vaclavikova and Lissauer, who medaled in their Junior Grand Prix debut at Junior Grand Prix Latvia, look to extend their streak in Ljubljana. The ice dance team set new international personal bests in the rhythm dance, free dance and final score with their performance in Riga.  

Siblings Grace Fischer and Luke Fischer enter their second season competing in the Junior Grand Prix Series. They look to build off of last season's fifth-place finish at 2025 JGP Poland and a seventh-place finish in the junior ice dance event at the 2026 Prevagen U.S. Figure Skating Championships.

In the women's event, Emilia Nemirovsky will likewise compete in her first JGP of the year after finishing 11th at 2025 JGP Thailand. She took home the junior women's bronze medal from the 2026 Cranberry Cup International, her debut event for the 2026-27 season.

Kirk Haugeto returns to Junior Grand Prix circuit after a fourth-place finish at JGP Turkey last month. The 2025 U.S. junior men's pewter medalist competed in his first JGP event since 2022 in Ankara earlier this season and looks to make a push for his first JGP medal in Slovenia.

Vaclav Vasquez, who will make his JGP debut, rounds out the men's entries. He enters the competition coming off of a fifth-place finish at the 2026 Cranberry Cup International. 
 
Competition kicks off Thursday, Oct. 1 at 8 a.m. ET with the women's and men's short programs. Competition continues with the rhythm dance on Friday, Oct. 2 at 9:30 a.m. ET, followed by the men's free skate. The free dance and women's free skate will take place on Saturday, Oct. 3. The final day of competition begins at 6 a.m. ET.   
 
The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series, which started in 1997, consists of seven international events in a cumulative point-scoring format. Each athlete is eligible to score points in two of the seven scheduled events (pairs can compete in two of four designated events). The top six point-earners in each discipline qualify for the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final 2026, which will take place Dec. 10-13 in Chongqing, China.
