U.S. Figure Skating today announced the election of Kevin Rosenstein as the organization's new president.
Rosenstein will serve a four-year term.
He has been judging internationally for the past 29 years, including at the 2026 Olympic Winter Games, World and World Junior Championships and at the Grand Prix Final. He also serves as a technical controller and referee domestically. He most recently served as the chair of the strategic planning committee.
Professionally, he is the global practice leader for strategy at the architectural firm Gensler in Los Angeles, California. He has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Samuel Auxier previously served two terms as president from 2014 to 2018 and 2022 to 2026.
In addition to Rosenstein, Wendy Enzmann was elected as an at-large director for a two-year term; Timothy Goebel and Victoria Hildebrand were re-elected as at-large directors to each serve a two-year term; Jackie Chang was re-elected as an independent director for a two-year term.
Athlete directors Colin McManus, ice dance; and Jordan Alexander, synchronized, were each re-elected to serve a two-year term.
Group coordinators elected to two-year terms were Stefanie Mathewson, athlete services; Patrick O'Neil, membership development. Group coordinators elected to three-year terms were Karen Perreault, technical and officials; and Melissa Christensen, administrative/legal.
The reconfiguration of the bylaws was approved by the Governing Council delegates in attendance, and the new strategic plan, Impact 2030, was approved by the Board of Directors.
The updated bylaws will be posted within the coming weeks.
Also during the meeting, three clubs were granted full club status, and four clubs were granted provisional status.

2022 Olympic gold medalists Karen Chen, Zachary Donohue, Madison Hubbell and Vincent Zhou, as well as 2026 Olympic gold medalists Amber Glenn, Ellie Kam and Danny O'Shea were also awarded honorary membership with U.S. Figure Skating.
Olympic gold medalists Nathan Chen (2018), Brandon Frazier (2022), Alexa Knierim (2022), Evan Bates (2023), Madison Chock (2023), Ilia Malilnin (2024) and Alysa Liu (2025) were previously awarded honorary membership as World champions.
