Parking
Herb Brooks Arena - 2634 Main St, Lake Placid, NY 12946
Media members can park in the U.S./High school lot behind the loading dock behind the arena. Please let the parking attendants know you are media and follow their instructions. Please contact Michael Terry (mterry@usfigureskating.org) if you would like to request a parking pass. Passes will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. 

Accessing the Arena
If you don't have your media credential yet, please enter through the main entrance through the box office. You will then go up the stairs to the public entrance. There will be a table for media credentials next to the security guard. Majority of the credentials have been pre-printed and you can pick up your credential at this table. You may also pick up credentials at the Crowne Plaza on Tuesday or Wednesday (see full credentialing details below). If outside of listed hours, you will be directed to the USFS office to pick up your credential (photo required). With a media credential, media members will be allowed to enter the event level doors near the loading dock and use the ballet room stairs to access media seating.

Credential Pick-up
Credentialing is located at a table in the public entrance at Herb Brooks Arena, as well as at the Crowne Plaza (101 Olympic Dr, Lake Placid, NY 12946) in the Library Meeting Room. Media personnel will receive credentials at these locations during the times listed below and must show photo identification before they will receive their credential. Credentials must be worn at all times and will serve as your ticket into the building, designated seats and event level.

Media Seating
Tabled media seating is available in Section 16. To get there, take a left from the public entrance and walk along the concourse. Further passed Section 16 on the concourse, there will be light refreshments for the media during the competition. 

Photo Positions
Photo positions will be in the following locations:

Section 15, Row A, Seats 1-5;
Section 18, Row A, Seats 1-11

Photographers are also welcome to shoot from the concourse for a mid-level shot. All photo positions can be accessed via the main concourse. Please contact a member of the USFS communications team if you have questions.

Press Conference Room/Draws
The ballet room (near Section 16) off the concourse will be used for draws and press conferences. Press conferences are NOT guaranteed after competition.

Media Availability
Select athletes and coaches will go through the mixed zone after their competitive performance(s). To access the mixed zone, come down the ballet room stairs out into the competition rink lobby on the event level. 

All additional interview requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please see a member of the U.S. Figure Skating communications staff to make a request.

The event will be available for live streaming on the ISU Junior Grand Prix YouTube page.
