Volunteers are the heart of U.S. Figure Skating, as they serve on the Board of Directors, help plan events, officiate tests and competitions, and even provide support as medical professionals and more at both the local, national and international levels.

The government of U.S. Figure Skating is vested in a Governing Council, which consists of delegates appointed or elected in accordance with Article VII of the U.S. Figure Skating bylaws.
More than 180 athletes have qualified for the 2025 Prevagen U.S. Figure Skating Championships, which will take place Jan. 20-26 in Wichita, Kansas.

The Greater Kalamazoo Skating Association has partnered with Event Connect to provide housing for the 2025 Midwestern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships. Teams are required to book housing through the Event Connect portal. Team leadership is required to review the Hotel Process and Policy document linked below prior to booking housing. Any team found to have booked outside of the housing block will be assessed a $1,000 penalty per team to be paid prior to checking in to the competition.

All teams are required to review the qualifying season announcement prior to completing registration for the competition. Registration is only available online via EMS and must be completed prior to the October 1 deadline. No late registrations will be accepted.
A minimum roster with skaters that meet all requirements for the season must be provided at the time of registration, however teams have until Dec. 1 to make changes in EMS to their competition roster. After Dec. 1, teams may only request substitutions to their competition roster. Substitution requests must be submitted via the form which will be posted here on Dec. 2 and are subject to review by the competitions committee.

The GIANT Center Box Office will not be open during the competition. All tickets must be purchased online via Ticketmaster in advance and a mobile ticket will be provided after checkout. All tickets are general admission and are available as single day tickets for $20 on Wednesday and $40 Thursday - Saturday. Discounts are available for children 12 and under.
Parking can be pre-purchased online at a discounted rate of $10; price increases to $20 on-site.Team buses are required to purchase parking per-day. All tickets are subject to additional taxes and fees.
Practice ice is now available online via EMS. All teams are required to submit the Mandatory Team Form which includes the submission of practice ice scheduling preferences.

The Giant Center is a cashless venue, all major credit cards are accepted.
Bag Policy: 5" x 8" x 1" or smaller bags will be permitted through spectator entry. Skating bags or any larger bags will only be permitted, with credential, through the skater entry.
Hershey Figure Skating Club has teamed up with HBC Event Services to provide housing for this event. These special arrangements and discounted rates are only available via this booking process. Teams found to book housing outside of the process outlined below will be assessed a penalty.

Volunteers are needed to help make this event a success! If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up here. Once signed up, you will receive an email from US Figure Skating to select the jobs and shifts you are willing to volunteer. Shift selection will end on January 10th, 2025.
All volunteers will be provided with a complimentary event t-shirt to be worn during all volunteer shifts. Volunteers who register for two or more shifts by January 10th will be offered a complimentary ticket for any day of the competition (to be used for self or others).

Prior to booking housing for this event, all members of team leadership are required to review the Housing Process and Policy Document linked below. Non-communting teams participating in the Pacific Coast Sectional are required to book housing through this process. Any team found to have booked outside the hotel block will be assessed a $500/team penalty to be paid prior to checking in to the competition. Teams participating in the Aspire Classic are also welcome to book housing through this process.
