Athletic Assessments
Off-ice training is one of the best way to improve on-ice performance as well as prevent injuries. U.S. Figure Skating offers two athletic assessments that athletes can use to help their growth on the ice.

Off-Ice Training
In addition to camps and athletic assessments, U.S. Figure Skating offers at-home, off-ice training resources for athletes of all skill levels.

Training Camps
U.S. Figure Skating provides training camp opportunities for all athletes and coaches. These training camps, which happen on annual basis, are both open and invitation-only, depending on the camp. Camps are available for singles, pairs, ice dance and synchronized skaters.
