Off-Ice Training Videos

Staying active and keeping up with your training even when you can’t make it to the rink is critical for the development of skating skills. Join U.S. Figure Skating's Melissa Vriner as she demonstrates key off-ice workout techniques that will help skaters at any level stay ready to return to the ice. Additional videos are available to U.S. Figure Skating members on Member's Only.
