After nearly two decades without a major overhaul of the organization’s website, U.S. Figure Skating today enters a new digital age with the launch of a completely reimagined USFigureSkating.org and an enhanced Members Only website.
The transformation from an outdated website to a state-of-the-art digital platform that is both visibly pleasing and duly informational has been a collaborative effort; everyone involved with the project is excited for users to experience the organization’s new digital front door.
The new USFigureSkating.org looks and feels different. And that’s by design.
The new website takes advantage of advancements in technology that allow for more efficient content sharing and mobile accessibility. With a retooled user-centric navigation leading each user through an intuitive experience, the new website dynamically delivers relevant content through robust search tools for member clubs, sanctioned events and those who enjoy watching competitive figure skating. A highlight of the new website is a simplified and interactive depiction of the figure skating journey, a resource that will help the organization educate and attract new skaters to the sport.
With several enhancements to the U.S. Figure Skating Members Only website included as part of this project, the site has become a more valuable resource to the membership. Information and other resources applicable to members can now be found via a searchable database that allows members to access resources and assets that are used daily by all types of members.
With the launch of the new site, familiar categories and information have moved, making navigating the site a completely new experience for everyone. We have deployed several resources including an FAQ and tutorial videos to help users navigate the changes and explore the website. We encourage you to take advantage of these resources, but we also hope that you take the time to explore on your own and share feedback about your experience via the feedback link provided below. Over the next three months we will closely monitor feedback and usage of USFigureSkating.org and the Members Only website to help us shape future updates to the sites.
