More than 90 U.S. teams will compete at the 2025 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships this week, with the event taking place Feb. 26-March 1 at the Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The most prestigious national synchronized skating event, teams will skate for U.S. titles in eight divisions: senior combined, junior, collegiate, novice, intermediate, juvenile, adult and masters.
This marks the first season of the senior combined event, which includes both senior and senior elite 12 teams. Headlining the senior event is the Haydenettes, which will compete for their 15th straight gold and 32nd U.S. title overall.
The U.S. Championships also serve as the final qualifier for the 2025 World Championships team, which will be named following the senior event on Saturday, March 1.
Teams Elite will look to defend their title in the junior event. Both Teams Elite and Skyliners junior were named to the World Junior team prior to the event. In the collegiate competition, Miami University aims to take home their 23rd U.S. gold.
This marks the fifth time the U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships will be held in Colorado Springs. The event was last held in Olympic City USA in 2022. To purchase tickets, visit ussynchrochampionships.com.
The junior, senior and collegiate events will be shown on Peacock and can be accessed for 72 hours following their conclusion. The novice, intermediate, juvenile, adult and masters events will be livestreamed on the U.S. Figure Skating YouTube channel.
