Housing
U.S. Figure Skating will be managing all housing directly via a request and place process. Teams who do not stay in the event room blocks are subject to penalties. All teams should familiarize themselves with the Housing Policy that outlines the housing request process and required timelines. Resources for team booking are listed below. All requests are to be submitted by TEAM, not by organization (i.e. a juvenile and a novice team from the same organization must submit their own request forms).

Ground Transportation
Teams are responsible for providing their own ground transportation on-site. Rambline Express and Grayline are two bus companies that operate in Colorado Springs and may be useful for your transportation needs. Please note that U.S. Figure Skating is in no way affiliated with these companies, information is being provided for convenience.

Practice Ice
The unofficial and official practice ice schedules can be found in the Schedule section above. Unofficial practice ice has been scheduled by the LOC using requests submitted by teams. Every effort has been made to accommodate as many practice ice requests as possible. Every team that requested practice ice has at least one segment of practice on the Olympic sized practice sheet at Ice Hall. Refunds will only be issued if a purchased credit/segment cannot be accommodated within the practice ice schedule as published.
Details about the practice facilities for this event are outlined below. There are no designated off-ice warm up spaces for teams at these facilities. If you have any questions, email events@usfigureskating.org.

Only credentialed persons may access the World Arena Ice Hall. Ticket holders and other personnel will not be permitted to access this facility. Teams attending practice at the Ice Hall should arrive at the ice hall main entry. If a team is transitioning between the arena ice surface to the ice hall without time to exit the building, they may utilize the connecting hallway (where teams are dropped off for ice time at the main arena surface. All teams prior to their practice segment must check in with the practice ice manager located in the lobby of the ice hall.

Teams attending practice at the Air Force Cadet Ice Arena will be required to access the Air Force Academy grounds via the north gate. The north gate opens at 5:30am daily. The license of the driver (car or bus) accessing the facility grounds must be presented at the gate. It is advised that anyone accessing the Academy grounds over the age of 16 have a form of ID on them as well. If your team is departing the arena after 10pm, you must exit via the south gate of the facility.

Bag Search Policy
Bag search is to only be conducted for attendees who are entering through Gate A.
Attendees entering through the Team Entrance between BWA and Ice Hall are not subject to bag search or the BWA clear bag policy so they may bring in their required equipment for practices and competition.
Bag, Prohibited Items, and Camera Policies
This event will abide by the bag and prohibited items policies of BWA.
NO outside food or beverages will be permitted. A coffee cart and concession stands will be open throughout the event.
