Kristi's Book Club Challenge
In celebration and support of Kristi Yamaguchi's Always Dream’s 25th anniversary, we are launching Kristi’s Book Club Challenge. The book club will kick off on Sept. 8, 2021 (International Literacy Day), and run through October (National Book Month) and November (National Family Literacy Month). Registered participants will receive a list of Kristi’s favorite children’s, young adult and adult books, and can choose one book to focus on during the Book Club Challenge.
Throughout the Book Club Challenge, there will be opportunities to enter in contests for chances to win prizes and engage with Kristi and other Reading Buddies during our Instagram Live series, "Conversations with Kristi."
Conversations with Kristi
To celebrate National Literacy Month, U.S. Figure Skating will host a series of Instagram Live conversations with Kristi and our Reading Buddies in the skating family. These special conversations will be held every Tuesday in November with Team USA alumni who also love reading and have even published their own books. Check out the exciting line up below!
