Fifty-one Americans to compete at the 2018 ISU International Adult Figure Skating Competition in Vancouver

(10/9/18) - Fifty-one Americans are set to compete at the 2018 International Adult Competition Vancouver from October 10 – 13, 2018, at the Canlan Ice Sports Burnaby 8 Rinks. The event, sanctioned by the International Skating Union, will feature competitors representing fourteen nations. 

“U.S. Figure Skating is committed to supporting figure skating as a sport for all ages. We will be cheering for our adult athletes and celebrating them for their hard work, dedication, and lifetime on-ice love of the sport,” said Lori Fussell, Chair, U.S. Figure Skating Adult Skating Committee.

Over the four-day competition, skaters (who must be between the ages of 28 and 80) will compete for titles in free skating, artistic free skating, pairs free skating, pairs artistic free skating and ice dance (pattern dance, short dance and free dance).
